TCS Shipwrights & Joinery has a strong core group of fully trade qualified Shipwrights, Cabinet Makers, Blaster Painters, Automotive Spray Painters and Panel Beaters backed up by Marine Trade assistants with many years of Cairns Marine Industry experience. Our Executive and Management Team are actively involved in all projects and support our team professionally and personally, forming a long term crew invested in their roles and the business as a whole. We strive for a positive culture of collaboration and enthusiasm within our team and enjoy seeing the pride our staff take in their work. Our current crew of over 15 tradespeople and trade assistants are all fully trained, inducted and ready to mobilise across all three yards, HMAS Cairns and the Marina. Our admin team are long standing and have the Cairns Industry experience to back up our trade crews and fully service customer needs. We have the skills and capabilities to successfully project manage and complete complex projects. We also have the flexibility within our internal systems to allocate our resources to meet the fluid nature of the Cairns Marine Industry.
